Gîte des Lavandes This self-contained ground-floor apartment in a fully renovated villa is set on the hills above Nyons, in the heart of Drôme Provençale. Surrounded by olive groves, it offers 70 m² of space, peaceful surroundings, a large sunny terrace, and breathtaking views of the mountains and rolling hills. You can enjoy a range of activities: sports like cycling and hiking, as well as cultural discoveries (Vaison-la-Romaine, Grignan Castle, Mont Ventoux, and more). The "Nyonsoleïado" water park is 4 km away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven), a bathroom with WC, a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a small bedroom with two 90x200 beds, and a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, TV, free Wi-Fi, plus games and books for both children and adults. On the terrace, you'll find outdoor furniture, sun loungers, an electric barbecue, a ping-pong table, and swings. The garden is accessible but not fenced. Pets are welcome. There is no pool.
